PocketDairy kicked off the handheld dairy management revolution in 2000.
Now it is being used around the farm on the newest Android smartphones.
PocketDairy Android displays vital cow statistics for production,
reproduction and udder health.
A swipe of the screen reveals lifetime
health, vaccination and protocol history. The Protocols and Chores
feature in PCDART provides Hold Meat and Hold Milk alerts and warnings
which appear in PocketDairy. Views include cow pages and action lists
for breeding, calving, dry off, etc. Filters make it simple to use, even
in the largest of herds. In addition to viewing records with
PocketDairy Android, the ability to input data will be added in 2012.
PCDART
customers worldwide can use PocketDairy Android with the option of
displaying different languages. Beta testers revealed that they love
programs that can be used on their smartphone, instead of carrying
another device dedicated to herd management. Customers are also trying
the newest Android tablets.
To install PocketDairy Android, you need
PCDART version 7.14.0.D or later, which you can download by clicking the
PCDART Download link from the menu (once logged in). Your phone or
tablet must have Android version 2.2 or later to run PocketDairy
Android.
