SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Daily producer prices are steady. Midwest delivered asking prices are
steady. The undertone is steady to firm. Retail demand is fairly good to
good while food service demand is moderate to fairly good. Offerings on the
larger sizes are light, moderate on the remaining sizes. Market activity is
moderate to active. Compared to last week, shell egg inventory is down 1.2%
in the Midwest region. Breaking stock prices are steady with a steady
undertone. Demand and offerings are light to moderate. Supplies are light
to usually moderate. Market activity is slow.
