SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Midwest delivered asking prices for next week are 16 cents higher for Extra
Large and Large, and 10 cents higher for Medium. Daily producer prices are
3 cents higher for Large and steady for Medium and Small. The undertone is
fuly steady. Retail demand is fairly good. Food service demand is moderate.
Offerings are light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is
moderate to active. Breaking stock prices contuinue higher. The undertone
is steady to higher. Demand and offerings are light to moderate. Supplies
are moderate. Market activity is slow.
PRICES TO RETAILERS, SALES TO VOLUME BUYERS, USDA GRADE A AND GRADE A,
WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
