Tiffany Pheasant Crowned Blair Co. Dairy Princess

HOLLISAYSBURG, Pa. — Tiffany Pheasant, the 17-year-old daughter of Wayne and Tammie Pheasant of Williamsburg, Pa., was crowned the 2012-2013 Blair County dairy princess by past princess Katelyn Hamming at the West Loop Missionary Church, Hollidaysburg, Pa., on Friday evening, June 15. Tiffany will be a senior at Central High School, where she is a member of the National Honor Society and active in the FFA. Tiffany works part-time on the family farm.

Katherine Orczeck, the 16-year-old daughter of Shawn and Laura Orczeck of Roaring Spring, Pa., was crowned the Blair County alternate dairy princess by past alternate princess Caroline Smith. Katherine will be a junior at Central High School, where she is involved in the music department, National History Day and soccer. Katherine works part-time as office support for Dairyside Veterinary Service.

The future princesses &tstr; Darcy and Danielle Heltzel, Chloe and Samantha England, Ayla Hileman, Anna and Katheryn Longenecker and Olivia and Morgan Knab &tstr; were introduced during the pageant. The future farmers recognized were Lane and Luke Frederick, Luke and Ty Uplinger, Jordan Smith and Austin Longenecker.

The dairy misses crowned were Allee England, Elizabeth Frederick, Dana Heltzel, Marlana Knab, Victoria Longenecker and Taylor Uplinger. The dairy maids include Kaydi and Lindsey Brubaker, Haley England, Shaylin Fornwalt, Clara Good, Yvonne Longenecker, Jenna Metzler, Cassandra Michelone and Jessica Orczeck. Mikayla Fornwalt was named dairy ambassador.
