DUNBAR, W.Va. (AP) — The Kanawha Institute for Social Research is offering organic produce for sale through the summer.

The produce is grown at the institute's headquarters in Dunbar, in its greenhouses and on its farm. The produce is available to the public and wholesalers through the "Growing Jobs" program.

The program provides fathers seeking jobs with training in urban farm management and provides caterers a place to rent space in the institute's commercial kitchen.

The institute serves nearly 2,500 fathers and families annually.
