SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Midwest delivered asking prices for next week are 14 cents higher for Extra
Large and Large, and 2 cents higher for Medium. Daily producer prices are 4
cents higher for Large and 2 cents higher for Medium. The undertone is
firm. Offerings and supplies are light to moderate. Demand is moderate to
fairly good. Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock prices
continue higher. The undertone is mostly steady to instances higher. Demand
is light to moderate while offerings remain light. Supplies are light to
moderate. Market activity is slow.
PRICES TO RETAILERS, SALES TO VOLUME BUYERS, USDA GRADE A AND GRADE A,
WHITE EGGS IN CARTONS, CENTS PER DOZEN.
