SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Prices to producers are 1 cent higher for Large and Medium. Midwest
delivered prices are steady. The undertone is steady to mostly higher.
Offerings are mostly light to instances moderate. Retail and food service
demand continue moderate to fairly good. Supplies are light to moderate.
Market activity is moderate. Monday's shell egg inventory increased 0.5 in
the Midwest. Breaking stock prices are higher. The undertone is steady to
higher. Offerings are light with demand fairly good to good. Supplies are
light to moderate. Market activity is slow.
