SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Midwest delivered asking prices for next week are 15 cents higher for Extra
Large and Large, and 18 cents higher for Medium. Daily producer prices are
5 cents higher for Large and Medium. The undertone is fully steady. Retail
demand is fairly good. Food service demand is moderate. Offerings are
light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is moderate to
active. Breaking stock prices are higher. The undertone is mostly steady.
Offerings are light to moderate. Demand is moderate. Supplies are moderate.
Market activity is slow.
