SHELL EGGS: Daily Midwest Regional Eggs
Producer prices are 2 cents higher for Large with Midwest delivered prices
steady. Trade sentiment is steady to higher. Offerings are moderate to
mostly light while demand is reported as moderate to fairly good. Supplies
are light to instances moderate. Market activity is moderate to active.
Monday's Midwest shell egg inventory increased 1.9% from last week with the
National shell egg inventory increasing 1.7%. Breaking stock prices are
steady to higher. The undertone is mostly steady to higher. Demand is
moderate to fairly good on light offerings. Supplies are light to moderate.
Schedules are full time. Market activity is moderate to active.
