HARRISBURG, Pa. — John Stanton, professor of food marketing at the St. Joseph’s University will lead the final webinar in a series of 10 detailing the results of the Pennsylvania Dairy Futures Analysis, a yearlong review of Pennsylvania’s dairy industry.
All 10 webinars are being recorded and made available online at www.centerfordairyexcellence.org.
The webinar at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, will include a look at Stanton’s milk labeling study conducted as part of the Pennsylvania Dairy Futures Analysis.
Stanton will describe his research on how the milk label can influence consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions.
The Pennsylvania Dairy Futures Analysis was a joint project of the Center for Dairy Excellence, Penn State Extension Dairy Team, University of Pennsylvania New Bolton Center and St. Joseph’s University School of Food Marketing.
