CARLISLE, Pa. — A workshop designed to address questions about high tunnel technology, support and product marketing will be presented 9:30 a.m.-noon Saturday, Dec. 8, at Harvest Valley Farms in Valencia, Butler County.
The program titled High Tunnel Product Marketing: Maximizing your Profits and Protecting your Investment is part of an on-going high tunnel technical assistance program coordinated by Capital Resource Conservation & Development Area Council (Capital RC&D).
Harvest Valley Farms is known for growing and promoting Pennsylvania Simply Sweet Onions in addition to using conservation techniques in the production of field and high tunnel produce marketed through their community supported agriculture program and farm market.
